What to Expect Over The 4-Weeks

Week 1 — Understanding Your Nervous System
We’ll start by grounding and creating safety in the body. You’ll learn how the nervous system responds to stress and begin simple practices to help you feel more settled and supported. -
Week 2 — Regulating Stress & Overwhelm
We’ll focus on tools to calm stress responses and reduce overwhelm. You’ll practice gentle techniques you can use in everyday moments when things feel too much. -
Week 3 — Building Resilience & Emotional Regulation
This week is about strengthening your capacity to stay steady. You’ll learn how to respond instead of react and build trust in your body’s ability to regulate. -
Week 4 — Integration & Sustainable Support
We’ll bring everything together and focus on how to carry these practices forward. You’ll leave with tools you can continue using long after the program ends.
