By the end of this week, you'll learn how to reframe stress and create more supportive inner thoughts. 

Week 5 - Emotional Regulation

By the end of this week, you'll have safe tools to notice, feel and release emotions without overwhelm. 

Week 6 - Grounding & Connection

By the end of this week, you'll feel more connected to your body and able to ground yourself quickly in daily life. 

Week 7 - Daily Micro-Practices

By the end of this week, you'll use short 5–10-minute routines to reset your nervous system anytime, anywhere. 

Week 8 - Integration & Empowerment 

By the end of this week, you'll create your personalized regulation toolkit to stay clam and resilient long-term.
